I feel like I start every sentence these days with: “it’s not sexy but it’s effective” and colonics are definitely at the top of that list. I do a series of three in a row (over like 5-7 days) and I always notice a huge difference in bloating, my skin, and general digestion. I find these particularly effective if I’ve been traveling and need a reset or to get back on track. Getting a colonic automatically makes me want to eat healthier and think about what I put into my body. 

I prefer a gravity colonic because I find it easier to be meditative when I’m alone but it’s also nice to have someone with you for your first time so you can’t go wrong.
